No, we do come back and pick up our structures.
No, we have letters and some symbols as well! Depending on the design you are requesting, we might be able to make it for you.
It depends. The balloons do last longer in the shade. In direct sunlight, the balloons will deflate and pop quicker. Once installed, will not come back to fix any popped balloons. If you are having a birthday party, our recommendation is to have the display placed 1-2 hours prior to your party.
We leave them in your yard for two consecutive nights. In the summer we usually pick up earlier due to the heat and balloons popping faster. We cannot control mother nature.
Yes, please that would be extremely helpful to us!
As many as you want, considering that it’s only four balloons in each line! If you want a particular color scheme/pattern/design/sequence you must tell us in advance. Email us inspiration pics and we will do our best to match it.
Yes, we can try to match a pattern! We have done zig zag, ombre, rainbow, swirl and many others. You must be specific in your order form or email us a pic of what you have in mind.
Yes, if you order at least 2 weeks in advance. We will be offering jumbo personalized balloons soon!
Yes, as long as you all clean up the grass area and handle the frames with care.
No, we are very careful when placing them in your yard.
No, not usually. We have had good results with the balloons in the rain. In severe thunderstorm weather, we do sometimes worry but haven’t had any issues.
No, we will bring the yard balloon already pre-made and set up usually takes 30-60 min depending on how many numbers/letters we are installing.
Yes, we have chrome, metallic, gold, silver, printed and pearl balloon colors. They are a bit extra as these balloons cost more.
Yes, if you order them ahead of time. We do not keep inventory and will need time to order these for you.
Yes, we can make every attempt to match a theme as best as possible. Do order in advance to ensure we can order any special balloons that might be needed. We do charge extra for themed balloons. If you have a specific theme in mind please be sure to email an inspiration pic to us so we can do our best to match it.
Yes, we do! We can make custom designs for your special celebration. It is best to send us a picture of where the organic balloon garland will be placed, how long/big you need it and email us any inspiration pics if you have a specific design in min. Depending on the size of the project, set-up can take 1 - 3 hours.
Yes, we will need the yard sign returned. Please do not throw it away. If you do not want one in your yard, let us know in advance.
We are located in Katy, Texas. We deliver in the Houston and surrounding area only.
We need at least 1 week notice to save your spot on our calendar. If you are ordering an organic design, give us at least 3-5 days notice as these designs take longer. We will charge extra for any orders placed for same day / next day delivery and for any orders not paid within 48 hours of delivery day.
